unable to make video call!

HI Tech experts!

i am having some troubles with Microsoft Teams.

It seems that i do not have the option to make video/phone call (see attached picture 1); however, in Settings, it seems that my mic + camera are working fine!

My colleagues could not call me because "i am not supported....."?

any help will be greatly appreciated!
