Unable to make a video call to the whole team

Hi there,

I have made a small team with 5 members, when I go into chats the video call icon is there. I have just made a whole staff team with 33 members and now when i go to chat there is no video call icon.

I have looked at the help age and I also don't have the "meet now" option.

Does any one have any ideas about why this would happen or am I doing anything wrong??

    Slees1200My assumptions is  you have a chat with 33 people. in that case you will not see the meet now option..

     If you have more than 20 people in a chat, the following chat features are turned off: Outlook automatic replies and Teams status messages; typing indicator; video and audio calling; sharing; read receipts.
