Unable to login in MS Teams

I faced with the really strange behavior of MS Teams desktop client.
When I'm trying to log in I got:
You're missing out! Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams.

My IT admins can't help me. And suggest contacting support.
I find a way how to log in but it's a workaround:
1. Logout from Teams
2. Uninstall Teams
3. Install Teams
4. Open email with any message notification
5. Click "Reply in Teams"
6. Login

Is there a shorter way to get Teams to work.

Web-version and mobile version work without any problems.
