Unable to log into MS Teams Issue - Error - Someone has already set up Teams for your organization

I initially used my personal email for my personal MS Teams account and my school MS Teams account (as a student and then as an employee).  I no longer work for that school, and I can't access either account / portal using my personal email to log in.  When I try either, I get the error detailed in the subject above.  However, I can join an MS Teams meeting to which I have been invited using my personal email.  I need Microsoft to delete my email from the work/school account (maybe also my personal account) so I can start over and create my personal account.  The error message also says, "Ask your admin to get you started with Teams or set up another org in Teams using a different email address."

I searched the Microsoft website, and I can't get a "live" person or chat session with Microsoft to work through this. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this.
