Unable to join a zoom webinar from MTR

Join a regular Zoom meeting are fine, but unable to join the Zoom webinar from MTR. 

The only solution that I can find is from Graham Walsh. Unfortunately, it's still not working for me. 

It's still showing the error message after I join the webinar.
