Unable to join a team

I have been invited to join a team but have been unable to do so. We have used several different email addresses to set this 

microsoft teams

    MarcoClark Hi,

     

    So with the invite received, I presume you are then trying to utilise the email address of which you received the invite. If so, could you show a screenshot of what you are getting when entering that email address please? Please remember to blur out the actual email address.
