Unable to enter my phone number

The system won’t let me connect to Teams because it won’t let me enter my cell phone number. It says «  You have asked for too many codes today. Please try again tomorrow ». I have been waiting a day and the message is still showing. What can I do? Tried to contact support but no one can help me, they redirected me here. Really sucks!
