Unable to connect to Teams Mac
Hello,
I’ve been unable to connect to Teams via the Mac desktop app or even via the browser.
I keep getting the “unable to connect to the internet” or “an error has occurred” message.
It works no problem on the iPhone.
Does anybody have any ideas?

- kindly try to log in on another computer or another network to confirm it not your network, also are you connect through a VPN if so turn off your VPN and try again if it works you will need to set up split tunneling.
- Yes I tried logging in on another computer and it works fine.
I’ve not had any VPN running.
