Unable to connect to an account with a Teams license from the application

Hello,

We have a problem connecting to Teams for some people who all have an active license

Here is the message that we get after having entered the email address during the connections and which moreover did not ask us the password

From the Office admin center I can see that the person has the license to use Teams

We uninstalled Teams and deleted the files in AppData
