Trying to connect two teams/accounts
Hey Guys
I have a problem with my Microsoft Teams. As you can see on the first photo below, I'm invited to two different "accounts" (one for work, one for university).
I'm trying to switch between those two accounts. When I open the link in the invitation-mail i get a dropdown-menu when i use the browser-version.
When I once switched to my study-account i can't find my work account again. On my phone and the app for windows, I can only see my study-account.
I'm pretty new to this whole Team-thing, so I hope you guys could help me. 🙂

Hi,
I wonder if you have two accounts, with username and password. One for each organisation. Or do you only have one account (ex. for work) and that account is invited to your university as a guest.
I guess you have two accounts and the best approach for you is then to work with them with two clients, ex. Work account in Teams desktop client and the university account in a web browser.
Even if the Teams mobile app have support for multiple accounts this might not work since your organisations should have activated some control of the devices and require them to be managed and a mobile phone can only be managed by one organisation and therefore you can't use the mobile app for both Work and Uni.

I have one account, and one password. I use my studentmail (which is my account) for the company as well. In these Corona-days, it would be nice to use my studentmail and Teams for online-meetings, at work as well as for online-lectures.
I think, that I may have like 2 organizations registered in my account? Does this sound possible?
I have tried all day to find a way where i can easily switch between those two. On my phone and the downloaded Teams on the computer, i can't even find the work-team.
