The window is blank when the new teams desktop app is opened
Hello,
My teams client is not working properly after changing to a new version. After opening the software, the window is blank, only "Minimize, maximize, close" in the upper right corner of the software window. After a period of time, the client shows "we have encountered a problem" and restart teams. The old version of the software can be used normally, have you encountered such a failure, if so, how to solve it?
Actions taken:
1,delete cache and reinstall teams
2,install windows runtime
3,upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Results are still abnormal.
