The messaging endpoint of a Bot is not getting updated in Teams App in App Studio in MS Teams

Need help as the messaging endpoint of a Bot is not getting updated in Teams App in App Studio. When we try to update the Bot messaging endpoint, although we see a green tick mark, the end point is not getting updated and is either empty if we enter for the first time or is still having the previous endpoint address.
