Text and images in one message shows only the image

Hello, when writing a text and adding an image to a message (1) & (2), when you send it, the receiver will see only the image. Which is confusing for the receiver AND sender.

Please, please fix this, it is really frustrating to add the image separate from the message. It breaks the workflow, creates a messy chat, and creating a message is just hell, as you need to wait until the image is "uploaded" before you can click on send and continue writing.

I did not see this issue being mentioned, can it be connected to the settings of Teams?
