I realize it's not the end of April, but non of the tenants that we admin are enabled for the Team/Skype interop as of yet.

We received a message in messaged center saying that it will be completed at the end of April, MC205801, and have turned on the setting in external access. 

I looked at roadmap, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=53935 and it still shows in development. 

The tenants are targeted release.

Does anyone know if this is still being rolled out?
