Teamsfree
I have just started using Teamsfree. When I start a video chat in a channel with a team of 5 - I am unable to see all panes.
I only see the pane which belongs to the person speaking. I can hear the other members of the chat, but I cannot see them. How do I change this - so that I see all 5 pan
- alitaqviIron Contributorif you use web browser it will show one user video but if you use client it will show 4 users video who spoke last in the video call
ECF_Training__Coaching You should be able to see 4 video streams + your own self-view in a smaller box. It is the 4 latest active speaker that will be shown. You can pin one video stream by right click and select Pin, make sure that you haven't done that. Also make sure that you use the desktop client, https://teams.microsoft.com/download

LinusCansby it went well! I just needed to do it. All 4 panes came up and those that weren't on screen were visible when they spoke. Quality of picture and sound was good too.

Thank you LinusCansby So next time I start a group video chat will the 4 panes come up? Or can I do anything in preparation to make sure that I dont pin one video stream?
