Teams Webinar - Registration
I have a Teams Webinar setup and Registration is on, so they'll need to fill the form out to get the link. However I have already obtained a list of nearly 30 people that want to attend. So my question is -
Going forward, I can share the registration link, however can I just Email the link to those 30 people, or do they HAVE to register? Thank you.

Do you mean sending them the meeting/webinar URL without the registration form?
I tested this quickly and it seems nothing will prevent someone that isn't registered to try to join, if you send them the invite url to the meeting/webinar
You wouldn't know who will try to join on that date.
