- Hi,
Currently teams only allow to support one preferred language for Voicemail. The same option is available for the End User to configure by default.

- Sorry, this is not an answer to my question.
I want to set the default language for all 16000 users in my organization by assigning a voicemail policy. But I have to set 2 languages which then plays the greeting twice in both languages. What is the purpose here? RealTime_M365 That is not what he asked.
I got the same issue. I cannot choose "None" which is displayed in the secondary Prompt Language for Voicemail policy, and it forces me to use another one. I do not want another language prompted in any voicemail of my users.

The problem was solved in the meantime. Now the setting appears again and you can't reject the second save.
Microsoft's answers so far are not helpful.
