Teams voicemail bot update
The recent change to voicemail in Microsoft Teams (August 2025):
Microsoft has started rolling out a new Teams Phone “voicemail bot” that records personal voicemails and it has removed the ability to interrupt the personal greeting to dial 0 for other options or # to skip the greeting...
Is there any chance that Microsoft will add this back as a feature to the "voicemail bot" to allow people to skip greetings or get redirected to the operator?
We have several hundred people in our firm that are upset this ability was removed.
