Teams Voice Messages Improvement

Our company uses voice messages often, there are couple bugs and features we hope Microsoft can improve soon. 

1. Every time when we are listening to the voice messages, the message will stop playing whenever new message receive in the same chat.
2. Differentiate the voice messages that been listened to and the message that are not. Is extremely hard to find which voice message we were listening and got cut off by the new incoming messages.
3.  Auto play the next new voice messages
4. Speed up feature for playing (like Whatsapp)
