Teams VDI - Loading Latest Updates

Our VDI users on Omnissa Horizon are sporadically experiencing an issue where a banner pops up on the top of their teams saying "Loading latest updates... in the meantime, you can still send and respond to messages." When this happens, their Teams status appears as offline for other users, and they can no longer send or receive any messages. They still seem to be able to make calls though. They also cannot search for any users who are not in their recent chat messages. Anyone else will not appear when searching by name in the search bar.

 

We have some users where this occurs several times a day, and the only fix we have found so far is to run a "reset" on teams from Add or Remove programs. This then lasts a few hours before occurring again. For others, this maybe happens once a week. It seems to have started happening after the latest updated to version 25044.2208.3471.2155 a few weeks ago. There have been no other changes to our environment.

 

Physical PC users are not effected by this issue.
