Teams update
When I try to update my free account to a paid account, after I introduce my email I get an error message saying that my company is not eligible for teams free. However I already have teams free and i try to upgrade it. But it doesn t let me.
Why is that and how do I solve it ?

HiAlex9933 I found a couple of similar posts on our answers.microsoft.com site (but not exactly like yours). So I suggest you go there and post this issue and the tech support managers there can help you with your particular situation.
