Teams: The specified list is invalid
HI, we are getting this issue for some staff members all staff have the same permissions but some can get to the files section in a team and others can't. Any ideas please

We have the same issue for all our team channels and all users of the team.
Please help asap, since we can't access any of the files.

We're having the same problem except no one can access any of the files we have/had stored on Teams. We had files in multiple teams and multiple channels. Would love a resolution as we desperately need them back.
