Steps to set a static status on Teams
• Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of the Teams app.
• Select your desired status from the drop-down menu. You can choose from Available, Busy, Do not disturb, Be right back, or Appear away.
• Click on the duration option below your status. You can select from 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, Today, This week, or Custom.
• If you choose Custom, you can enter the date and time when you want your status to change back to automatic.
• Click on Done to confirm your selection.
