Teams sound no longer working after recent update for MacBook Pro

I have used Teams for years. There was an update last week and ever since when in a Teams meeting I can't hear other people but they can hear me. I have tried with and without headphones and the thing that really stumps me is if I make a direct call through teams to an individual it is fine. I can hear them and they can hear me. I am using a MacBook Pro - Apple M1 Max - Sonoma most recent version.

Can anyone help ?
