Teams Slides on Mac
My son is using the Teams app on his MacBook pro for remote learning. The teacher presents slides; however, the slides don't automatically update on my son's computer. For example, the teacher has moved on to slide 3, but we're stuck on slide 1. No one else in my child's class seems to have this problem. (When the teacher moves to slide 3, their computers automatically populate slide 3). The only recourse is to leave and rejoin the class. I've deleted the teams app, and re-downloaded it - this didn't work.
Any other suggestions?

If the teacher is sharing the PowerPoint, you should be able to move along with the presenter or sync back to where they are at. Have a look at the video and see if you can do this. In addition, if you can't does it work when you join on the web client at https://teams.microsoft.com.
Hope that answers your question
