Teams Shifts
- Sep 25, 2025
Right now, Teams Shifts doesn’t automatically sync with Outlook or Teams calendars, so if you create a meeting invite in Outlook it won’t show up in Shifts on its own. Shifts is mainly built for managing work schedules, while Outlook handles meetings and events. Some people get around this by manually adding meeting details into Shifts or by using Power Automate flows to push Outlook events into Shifts, but that does take a little setup. So while it’s possible with workarounds, there isn’t a built-in feature yet that links them directly.
