Teams Shifts - General Questions
Hello, I assume Shifts is under constant development, much like other programs. Is this accurate and is there a preferred method for communicating wish list items?
Yes, Shifts is still being actively developed, just like the rest of Microsoft Teams. Microsoft regularly rolls out updates to improve scheduling, integration, and reporting features. If you have feedback or feature requests, the best way to share them is through the Microsoft Teams Feedback Portal (https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com), where you can submit new ideas or upvote existing ones. That’s the main channel Microsoft uses to collect user input and prioritize future updates. You can also share suggestions through the Help > Give feedback option directly in Teams, but the portal is usually better for tracking and voting.
