TEAMS screen sizing

Hi  suddenly within the last few days when I am on a TEAMS call and other callers start to join the screen just increases dramatically (like 100000%) suddenly and I can't see chat or settings.  Pretty difficult to minute meetings and monitor the chat box.  Can anyone advise please

    Hi Anniebear 

    You may use the shortcuts below to decrease the size of your Teams app:

    For Windows: Ctrl + - or Ctrl + (rotate mouse wheel down)

    For Mac: Command + - or Command + (rotate mouse wheel down)

      Mr_Trust_A  thank you.  neither work,  it just becomes totally unresponsive once I try to use the chat box..

        You may try resetting your Microsoft Teams app if it helps:

        Exit Microsoft Teams app (Check out if it appears in the Windows toolbar and closes it).

        Copy and paste the following path in File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams

        Delete all contents in that folder (You may make a backup somewhere if you desire)

        Restart Microsoft Teams.

        Sign in and try again
