TEAMS screen sizing

Hi suddenly within the last few days when I am on a TEAMS call and other callers start to join the screen just increases dramatically (like 100000%) suddenly and I can't see chat or settings. Prett...

Hi Anniebear

You may use the shortcuts below to decrease the size of your Teams app:

For Windows: Ctrl + - or Ctrl + (rotate mouse wheel down)

For Mac: Command + - or Command + (rotate mouse wheel down)

Mr_Trust_A thank you. neither work, it just becomes totally unresponsive once I try to use the chat box..

  You may try resetting your Microsoft Teams app if it helps:
  Exit Microsoft Teams app (Check out if it appears in the Windows toolbar and closes it).
  Copy and paste the following path in File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  Delete all contents in that folder (You may make a backup somewhere if you desire)
  Restart Microsoft Teams.
  Sign in and try again

    Thank you weirdly it just righted itself yesterday afternoon, I did another couple of re-starts which appears to have got rid of the gremlin. watch this space 🙂 Mr_Trust_A
