teams room television will not get input when powered on

anyone encountered that teams room television will not get input when powered on randomly? when i powered off and powered on the tv, sometimes tv will shows no input and i have to reseat the hdmi from the teams room pc and sometimes have to restart the teams room to fix it

tv is directly connected to teams room pc with hdmi cable.

teams room pc using intel uhd graphic 630 and on its latest version 31.0.101.2114
