Teams regestration loop

I have the following problem on most android devices in the company (tablet and mobile phone).
After the registration, I come as in the picture to see until the editing screen. Afterwards the loading screen rotates and does not stop even after 5 hours.
On the android devices where it was installed and worked the same screen comes when one logs off and logs on again.
it just does not work. Can someone help me there?
