Teams Recap
I have a customer that participates in meetings with his team and once the meeting is finished is expecting the recording to be in the new Recap tab. There are certain meetings that when he clicks on Recap he gets a message "You don't have permissions to view the recap. To fix this, go to Stream and follow the steps to get permissions. Then come back and refresh this page.". The problem is that he has permissions already. He also had an issue accessing certain files but I was able to run the Admin Diagnostics and found there was an ID mismatch that the Diagnostic resolved. Any help appreciated.

Me either have same problem...
Last monday (11/20/2023) I can accessed to our recording file(link).
but now I can't...
and the file owner left last month...
how can I solve this problem?
please help me,,,, It is so emergency......se_eun_kim Hi there, there is a chance that the recording might have been deleted. I checked my OneDrive's recently deleted items and recovered it from there. I hope this resolves your issue.

Can't you restore it again??
I can't see the file in my team's recycle bin...
If you can restore this, could you tell me how to find someone who can?
For example, requesting Microsoft to restore...
- Are they possibly switched to another tenant?
- No...logged into their company tenant
