Teams Profiles Pictures - Can't Change

If this is an EDU tenant there is a known issue with changing team avatars that is expected to be fixed in the next couple of days.

Still cannot change Team picture/avatar on our EDU tenant. Anyone else still having this issue?
Our work around for now is to add a period to the end of the team name then choose or upload a new team profile photo/avatar. Save those changes. Then remove the period.
