Cowboy67 Same problem here with MS Teams Premium and video backgrounds in the Teams App. Video filters are also disabled on both my Macbook Air M1 and Macbook Pro M2.
MS Teams Premium features are also disabled Teams web interface which leads me to believe that issue a license issue.
Unfortunately there is no tool to confirm the license in either Teams App or Teams web to confirm that Teams Premium license has applied.
