People need to start talking with their wallets. When the money stop flowing they start listening.
Spot on. I provide IT Consulting services for but a small number of clients, but of my clients the 50-60 currently using Office 365 E3 are very close to ditching Microsoft for email from Google Suite and chat from Slack.
