Teams Panels - check-in issues
Hey, anyone experience issues with Teams Panels check-in feature? We have seen that the "Check-In" button on the panel is there but suddenly is dissapears. When that happens the rooms is not releas...
We have seen it for a few months and raised a ticket with ms support without any success 😞

There is nothing outlined in this article that specifies that the meeting must be a Teams Meeting: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/devices/check-in-and-auto-release

- ms say officially it should work even without teams link so guess it might be a bug at the moment. But hard to know for customer if it's by design or a bug if there is lack of good documentations out there 😞
Markus_Johansson can you confirm what model panels you are using, firmware version, Teams App version? Here is what we are running for reference. We opened a ticket with Microsoft.
Teams app version: 1449/1.0.97.2024081207Firmware/OS version: Logi CollabOS 1.13.124
Panel Model: Logitech Tap Scheduler (https://prosupport.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405817725847-Getting-Started-Tap-Scheduler)
- We've seen the issue also with other panels actually.
But for the Logi we have same Teams app version but have not yet updated the firmware so still on Logi CollabOS 1.12.708
