Teams Outlook Addin Missing
Hello
Please i need your help on this issue. Teams Outlook Addin Missing.
The diagnostics confirmed that the Teams add-in and Classic Teams are missing:
I followed the troubleshooting instructions, and the add-in is still not enabled. Whilst the checkbox can be ticked, it cannot be enabled. I have also tried to add the add-in .dll file from the below window (following the filepath), but receive an error.

- It looks like you’re running the new version of Teams, which doesn’t support the old COM add-in used to schedule Teams meetings directly from classic Outlook. That’s why you’re seeing the “classic Teams is not installed” message, the new Teams app uses a different integration model. The simplest fix is to either reinstall Classic Teams (if your organization still allows it) so the add-in can register again, or switch to the new Teams Meeting add-in, which is installed automatically when Outlook and the new Teams are both updated and using the same account. Make sure both apps are signed in with the same Microsoft 365 credentials, and restart Outlook after confirming that the new Teams is your default version. If the add-in still doesn’t load, reinstalling Office and Teams together usually resets the COM registration and gets the meeting options back. - ------------------------------------
