Teams Only GIF, Sticker, and Emoji

Kind of an odd question.  Is there a way to create a Team or Teams Policy to only allow GIF, Emoji, and Stickers to communicate?  I want to have chat and everything else disabled.

    Hi IanG562,

    while Microsoft Teams offers options to manage the usage of GIFs, emojis, and stickers through messaging policies, it does not directly support the complete disabling of chat while permitting only GIFs, emojis, and stickers.

    You can give (send) feedback directly to Microsoft using Microsoft Teams Web App (https://teams.microsoft.com/) and by clicking on "Help" (bottom left corner) and then on "Give Feedback"


    You can also post a feature request to Microsoft Feedback Portal:
