Teams Not Updating What I Input

Hello, 

I am having some trouble with teams. My coworker and I have been inputting information to an excel sheet but she is not able to see the work I have done and I cannot see what she has input. The main problem is with my account because when I type something in, none of my coworkers can see it on their excel sheet. 

I have already tried quitting the program and starting it back up again and also restarting my computer with no success. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to solve this problem.
