Teams not showing in Outlook Mobile App
Our IT Dept is starting to do some testing of Microsoft Teams. We see the Add In when we create a meeting in Outlook, but when we try via the Outlook App on our iPhones. The only option we see is Sky...
- I wonder if it depends on what mode you're in. I know you haven't used Skype but I know I had to switch over to TeamsOnly mode in the Admin Center for other changes to happen.
Going to assume you have latest outlook app. When did you make the change? It used to could take longer than 24 hours but for sure it should be improved by now but it’s possible the Teams Only could still be propagating.
You could try going into account and reset account option, think that’s a little different than removing and adding the account back.

I made the change yesterday afternoon. When I added my account to Outlook on my phone it was not already on there so it was a fresh setup.

- Gotcha. Might have to give it awhile longer. I had to call Microsoft on mine to get it fixed but it was only my account that had the problem. Something they had to reset on the back end. So if it doesn’t seem to work after giving it another day or so I’d call in and get that process started.
