Teams not showing files in citrix

Hi All,

We have strange issues. If use access Teams locally and click on Channel --> Files Tab then all file structure is displayed. If the same user logs into Citrix and access the same channel --> File tab then the page is blank. Does anyone know what is going on?

    Hello Jimmy_Anderson_88 I did a search in this community and in Bing and wasn't able come up with a similar scenario.  I suggest you open a ticket at answers.microsoft.com and see what the tech support team can do for your particular issue.  Please reply back after they've assisted you so the community is aware of the remedy.  Thank you.
