Teams not showing as muted
I have several users that are using the Jabra Evolve 75 headset with Teams. If they try to mute themselves using the headset, like the button or putting the mic boom in the up position, Teams does no...
Some years old topic, but it can be still a problem. My Jabra Evolve 75 UC worked long and suddenly it had the same problem. No interaction between Teams and Headset. Not only mute state. Also missing busy light.
My IT department gave me this solution: Disable the device "Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB-Audio" in device manager.
Maybe it also helps other users with this problem.
