jsutp88 Let me share my experience. when I click the system audio, it shows "UC mono XXX" it didn't show the dongle name. I went to device management and delete and uninstall the UC mono XXX drive under sound tab. and then re-plug the dongle. The dongle name shows "LINK 360". then the mute/unmute function in teams works!
