Teams not Being Installed with New Pro Plus Install

I did some testing and Teams installed automatically.  About 1 minute after the Office install, a Teams icon showed up on the desktop and it launched the app.

 

I was able to successfully test the GPO to not launch after install too.

    Double check your GPO's and configuration.xml file to see if its excluded.

      That was my first thought. She said there wasn't anything there but I will have her check in case it was added a while ago and we forgot.
