TEAMS not able to change hide caller ID
Hello,
Most recently all of our users are not able to change the Hide my phone number and profile information for all calls in desktop and o365 teams. The setting it is stuck on whatever setting it was before the error happened. If you try to tick the option / untick it, it then reverts back previous setting once you leave the setting menu
The polices are correct as far as I can as users should be able to override
Unsure why this is happening, anyone else know a fix or if MS are working on one.
You can get round this error if you use the mobile app to change the setting but not on the desktop

- James, were you able to fix your problem? We are having the same problem from the desktop client. It works find Teams IOS.
