Teams mobile app for Android loading just a few messages per conversation on work profile
Hello all, asking help on the following: User at my company is having issues with Teams on work profile. All conversations are displayed, but only a few messages per conversation are loaded. ...
We are also seeing it on Android devices, but not Apple. Circa 24 hours of messages and no ability to go further back. Our retention policy is set to 30 days and it's fine on Desktop.
Very strange there is no more reports of this, can't find anything on r/Teams or r/sysadmin
