Teams mic is distorted
I have a customer when he logs into Microsoft Teams his external mic on his
LogicTech HD 720P (note: this is a new webcam) is distorted he has to log off of MS Teams and reconnect for it to work. this happens once a day for him. Is there a fix for this issue?
- Haven’t heard of this myself but it seems to be a vendor issue and I’d suggest updating to latest firmware/drivers for the device
