Teams messages search function does not show full conversation
When using the search function in Teams chat, is there a way to see more than just one specific message (I would like to see the response to the message)? For example, I searched for a question that ...
I got workaround.
So the solution i come up with is to search for the message , then you got results pin that message from the 3 dots and return to the normal chat window, then the pinned message will pop up and you will go to the desired place.
Only helps for PRIVATE CHATS and 99.999% of what we search for is in Teams Channels, NOT in private chats.
- OK dude, we get it - stop blowing up this thread on every unrelated post. 99 percent of people as asking about chat.
Would like to ask that anyone with a work-around that works for TEAMS CHANNELS (not private chats) then please post it. All the work-arounds for private chats do not help this situation.
