Teams meeting Notes unable to be seen by invitees who could not attend meeting

Has anyone experienced where people who were invited to a meeting but were unable to attend are not able to see the meeting notes after the meeting?  In my opinion this is the group of people that need to see the meeting notes even more than those who were able to attend.
