Teams Live Calls with Polycom desk phones

Hi Team,

Need guidance on the a scenario that I have - 

I have Polycom desk phones register to Microsoft PBX, wanted some inputs on what happens to the live calls when the connectivity to the central site or O365 breaks ? Need to configure an architecture and looking for suggestions
